Dogs seem to be the favorite animal among pet owners. But as a cat owner, I wouldn’t trade my furry friends for the world!

Of course, it would be nice to be enthusiastically greeted by my pets when I come home at night.

I would like to go for walks or maybe play some catch with them too. And while my two kittens can’t do these things as a dog can, the most comforting part of their presence is their purring.

To me, there’s nothing better than having one — or both — lie down next to me, or even on top of me, and purr contently away.

If they were a little bigger, they would also be perfect to snuggle with. That’s why any cat lover like myself would be absolutely thrilled to have this huge kitty in their home.

Although Max is a lynx, he is semi-domesticated. He succumbs to the same pets and head scratches any cat would. Just listen to how happy he sounds when a human gives him a nice head rub. It’s pure happiness sure to bring you joy, too.

Wouldn’t you love to have Max or a big cat like him in your home? I know I would — as long as he knows how to behave himself!
