Here is a rescue story you will not soon forget. In Poland, a horse named Freedom had fallen into a maintenance pit and was unable to get out. The average horse weighs anywhere between 840 to 2,200 pounds, so getting this horse out of a pit would be no simple task.
Marek Slodkowski, her owner, tried everything he could to save his precious mare.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, ten men they attempted to lift her out. That was still not enough to get poor Freedom out of this pit.
Marek was heartbroken, Freedom just wasn’t helping them. Then suddenly, things took a turn for the better. Watch the video below to see how these heroes saved Freedom.
