In Rajasthan, India, many stray dogs die every year because of mange. Mange is a serious skin disease that, if left untreated for long, is terminal. Mange is caused by the parasitic mites that live in the flesh and turn it flaky, while gradually consuming the entire body.
This is the story of a dog called Mabel who was rescued with a critical mange sickness. The amazing rescue team nursed Mabel back to full health in only two weeks!
