The Rescue Society of Lowell TNR (Trap Neuter Return) Coalition was conducting a trap and release spay and neuter campaign when they found an orange long haired cat in very bad shape.
“He originally was found outside, severely matted and very hungry. He was caught as part of a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. Then was discovered to be friendly and in need of serious dental surgery,” said the rescuers.
Frisbee, was in dire need of dental care and all of his mats cut off.
Frisbee was given the treatment he needed and put up for adoption. He has found his forever family and Frisbee’s new favorite pastimes include lounging in a favorite chair and laying by the window.
His transformation is remarkable. His hair has grown back, and he looks like a completely new kitty.
What a difference a caring person can make. Frisbee’s fate would not be good considering the unhealthy state that he was in. These rescue groups depend on your help to make these kinds of changes in innocent animals.
