Rescuers found this homeless dog on the streets and named her Kelsey. No one knew how long she had been wandering the streets, but she was covered in wounds and hunting for food. They wanted to take her to rehab but didn’t know it would lead to such an incredible transformation.
Kelsey was found at this very spot in extremely poor condition.
The dog was scared and covered in scars.
But rescuers were able to convince her to get into their vehicle.
She arrived at their compound ready for the first stage of recovery.
She finally got to eat some food in a safe environment.
It broke the doctors’ hearts to see a dog in this condition.
But they were determined to do whatever it took to help Kelsey.
It wasn’t long before they saw signs of her heading in the right direction.
While she healed, she played with other dogs.
And experienced the outdoors while safe and sound.
They couldn’t believe how much better she looked already!
With plenty of rest to go with her rehab, she will continue to get better.
