They Saw A Huge, Wild Moose Hiding Something. When She Moved Her Head, Everyone Was Stunned…

Alaska is the largest state in the United States, it covers 663,268 square miles (more than twice the size of Texas). But it is ranked 48th in terms of the population. The human population that is, there are plenty of animals. Alaska is home to the largest population of bald eagles in the U.S, and it has more than 430 species of birds.

Other animals you can find in Alaska include polar bears, black bears, brown bears, mountain goats, muskox, caribou, Dall sheep, Canadian Lynx and moose. Many of us know to stay away from wild animals! On June 1, 2016, a Moose was spotted in the parking lot of Lowe’s in Anchorage.

She was having a quick bite to eat before giving birth! Right in the parking lot!

A section of the parking lot was sealed off by security to give the new momma and her baby some space.

Momma and baby stayed until the baby could stand and walk on its own.

News spread about this rare event (not many people get to see a moose give birth), and there was quite a crowd snapping pictures.
