A hero found this poor 8-month-old German shepherd with his muzzle and legs taped together. He was so scared that when rescuers tried to help him, he tried to run even with his legs taped together. He was found abandoned on the side of the road.
The poor dog was so afraid of humans, he tried to run once the tape was removed. Nevertheless, some good Samaritans weren’t going to give up on this pooch.
