Andie, a 10-week-old puppy, was found living in piles of junk and trash. She was bound by heavy chains that weighed more than she did and had little shelter from the sun. She developed mange (a painful skin disease caused by mites). Her cries for help were heard by no one.
That was until PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), stepped in and rescued her from a miserable life. Andie now has a home, shelter, food and her own couch to sleep on! She has siblings, toys and will never be alone or neglected again!
