Three Dog Sisters Help Blind And Deaf Poodle Get Through The Day

Margaux is a nine-year-old Poodle, who had a severe infection on her paw. Her owners had no idea what had caused it, so they brought her to a specialist in Boise, Idaho.

The cause of the infection was found. Margaux has a disease called diffuse pyogranulomatous inflammation which was affecting her immune system.

After her paws healed, the disease continued to spread to other body parts. Margaux went through good times where she was completely healthy, and other times, her disease affected her quite badly.

The illness eventually spread to her eyes and they both had to be removed. To make matters worse, Margaux had also become deaf.

Margaux, once a healthy and happy Poodle was now deaf and blind. However, she had an amazing support system in her humans and canine siblings, Susie, Rhonda, and Chloe.

They helped Margaux through it all. Margaux gets to go for walks with the help of her furry siblings. The dogs each take turns walking Margaux by holding the leash in their mouths.

The dogs act as her seeing-eye dogs and guide her down the road.

Margaux can’t see or hear, but she can feel the love.

Margaux acts just like any other dog and is totally enjoying her life.

Her owners think that she is using a kind of echolocation (like bats) to help her navigate.

Margaux can be seen here smiling from ear to ear.
